At FitsFans, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer returns and exchanges under the conditions below.


Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Color preference
  • Defective or incorrect items

Exchange Shipping Fees

For size or color exchanges, customers are responsible for:

  • The return shipping cost
  • The reshipping cost for the new item

For defective or incorrect items, FitsFans will:

  • Cover the return shipping cost
  • Cover the reshipping cost (free replacement)

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact us:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to exchange
  • The requested size or color

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


Returns

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact support@fitsfanshats.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will:

  • Offer a free replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Final sale items (if applicable)

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
  • After that, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled
